About Us

Mikaya Greenfields Limited is a top-notch technology driven company engaged in Agricultural production and services,
as well as processing and marketing of Agricultural produce for domestic and export markets. The Company, which is private
and wholly owned by Nigerians was registered under the Companied Allied Matters Act 1990 with RC No. 1636232 and
is limited by shares.

What we do at Mikaya

The Company was set up to gainfully engage in the following business Ventures: -,

Cultivation and Production of food and cash crops on a large Scale.

Preservation, storing and processing of such agricultural produce in accordance with international best practices, for domestic and export market.

Procurement, distribution, sale and hire of farm equipment.

Supply and sale of agricultural grains to large consumers/users.

Export of grains and other cash crops.

Procurement, blending and sale of agricultural fertilizers and other chemicals.

Rice Milling and Sale.

Cattle Ranching, and sale

Procurement and Sale of Agricultural residuals such as wheat offals, etc.

Development of pasture for sustainble livestock in this country

DIRECTORS

ALH KASHIM OTUOZE SULE

Born in Okene in Okene Local Government Area of Kogi State in June, 1957. He attended Okene Central
Primary School, from 1964 to 1970 and went to Abdul Azeez Atta Memorial College, Okene from 1971 to 1975.
He later attended Kaduna Polytechnic from 1977 to 1982 where he graduated with HND Marketing. He started
his carrier with Dunlop Industries Nigeria Ltd as a sales Representative in Kano, from where he joined Elf Oil
Nigeria Ltd, Lagos as a Logistics Officer in 1985. He rose to become the Regional Manager (North) of the Company
and was based in Kaduna, overseeing the business activities of Elf Oil Nigeria Ltd in the entire North. He later left Elf Oil
Nigeria Ltd in 2001 voluntarily, when Elf merged with Total and Aquafina in France,to start his logistics business.
He has been in various fields of business including Agriculture, ever since then.

ALH YAKUBU U. KWAGYANG

Born in 1954 in Izge in Gwoza LGA of Borno State. He attended Izge Primary School and later Yola
Government Secondary School. He attended Ahmadu Bello University Zaria where he obtained a BSC in Political Science
in 1982. He began his carrier with University of Maiduguri in 1984 and was later appointed as a Commissioner in
the Borno State Service in 1996. He joined NIPC (Nigeria Investment Promotion Commission) in 1999 and finally
retired from Public Service in 2006 as a Director. He is currently the Chairman and CEO of Fakubs Global Resources Ltd and
Director of Mikaya Greenfields ltd. He has also travelled to many countries across the world and has gained vast experiences.

ALH IBRAHIM MOHAMMED ASKIRAMA

Born in Askira Uba local government of Borno state on October 4th, 1964, he attended Askira Central Primary School
and Government Secondary School Askira. After that, he pursued a degree in Political Science at the University
of Maiduguri. Throughout his career, he has held various positions such as Consultant to the Senate Committee,
Chairman of Askira Uba local government Council, and Senior Special Advisor to the former Governor of Borno state.
Currently,he serves as the Executive Director of Operations at Zigfto Ventures Nigeria Limited.
